Media availability, final pricing, campaign dates, permissions, production and installation schedules are confirmed only in a written quotation, insertion order or agreement issued by DS Outdoor Media.
By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry or engaging DS Outdoor Media for advertising services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If a signed proposal or agreement contains different terms, that written agreement will apply to the relevant campaign.
Website content is provided for general guidance. You may browse the website and submit genuine business enquiries. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, copy protected content or use the website for unlawful or misleading activity.
An enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. Quotations are based on the information supplied by the client and remain valid only for the period stated in the proposal. Any change in location, campaign duration, media format, production specification or scope may change the price and schedule.
Billboards, unipoles, gantries, toll-plaza media and other inventory remain subject to availability until DS Outdoor Media provides written confirmation and receives the required booking documents and payment. Display photographs, maps and availability labels are indicative and may change without prior notice.
The client must provide artwork in the required size, format and resolution by the agreed deadline. The client confirms that all submitted text, images, logos and claims are lawful, accurate and do not infringe third-party rights. DS Outdoor Media may reject material that is unlawful, offensive, unsafe or unsuitable for the selected site.
Prices are stated in the applicable quotation and may exclude GST, statutory fees, printing, mounting, electricity, permissions or other charges unless expressly included. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Delayed payment may result in postponement, suspension or cancellation of the campaign.
Installation and display dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Timelines may be affected by artwork approval, site access, weather, traffic restrictions, government directions, permissions, safety requirements or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Where practical, we will communicate material schedule changes.
Campaign changes or cancellations must be requested in writing. Charges may apply for reserved media, printing, production, labour, permissions or work already completed. Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined by the written proposal or campaign agreement.
DS Outdoor Media will use reasonable care in providing its services but does not guarantee a particular number of views, leads, sales or business results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
DS Outdoor Media branding, website design, written content, graphics and original materials remain our property or that of our licensors. They may not be copied, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission. Client-owned creative material remains the client's property.
Information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate and current contact and campaign information.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and any written agreement, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction specified in the relevant campaign agreement. We may revise these website terms when required; the updated effective date will appear on this page.
